All candidates normally receive a formal face-to-face interview. Where this is not possible due to geographical or time constraints, candidates are comprehensively telephone and/or webcam interviewed and reference checked. Many of our candidates have past working relationships with our own Commercial Services, Project Management, Construction Planning, Claims Management and Dispute Resolution teams which means we are often able to give personal recommendations either from our own experience or that of close associates and clients.
