ALA is pleased to congratulate James Flood and Nigel Jackson on successfully completing the RICS Expert Witness Certificate, a specialist training programme delivered between February and June 2026.

The course provides comprehensive training on the role and responsibilities of an expert witness, including the preparation of expert reports, giving evidence, and meeting legal and professional standards in dispute resolution proceedings.

By completing the programme, James and Nigel have further strengthened ALA’s expertise in providing independent, professional advice and expert evidence.
