ALA is delighted to announce that we have joined The International Pipeline and Offshore Contractors Association (IPLOCA) as an Associate Member.
What is IPLOCA?
Established in the summer of 1966, IPLOCA represents some 250 of the key players in the onshore and offshore pipeline construction industry worldwide.
Associate Members are members who do not carry out primary construction activities but provide vital services, equipment, machinery, tools or supplies to Regular Members.
ALA is the only member of IPLOCA providing commercial services.
This is a real testament to our pedigree and status as the leading specialists in cross country pipelines worldwide.
What the Directors Say
Tom Lamb, Managing Director of ALA says:
We are genuinely delighted to become an Associate Member of IPLOCA. Our company has been providing specialist commercial services to the pipeline industry for over 25 years.
Over 45% of our turnover last year came from gas, water and hydrogen pipeline projects and this is a key sector for us.
Membership of this prestigious association will strengthen our ties to the industry, and we hope to provide our services to an even wider range of international pipeline projects.
Byron and I are really looking forward to attending the week-long IPLOCA annual convention in Prague in September. It sounds like an activity-packed schedule with plenty of opportunities to meet with contacts old and new.
