BIOR Fellowship Status for ALA Recruitment Director

ALA Recruitment Director, Karen Turlay-Rose, has achieved recognition for her experience and professionalism in recruitment with Fellowship status from the British Institute of Recruiters (BIOR).

The BIOR represents the highest standard mark in recruitment in Britain. The institute provides best practice guidance, training, education and strives for innovation within the recruitment industry.

Karen has been a National Liaison Ambassador for the BIOR for the last 9 years, championing the aims and upholding the practices of the BIOR.

Successfully meeting the requirements of qualification and experience, and contribution to the recruitment profession, standards and practice, Karen has demonstrated a real commitment to learning, development and ethical standards. As a Fellow, Karen has earned the post nominal letters ‘FBIoR’.
