ALA are delighted to announce that Commercial Director Byron Tyson has been selected to join the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES)  Contracts and Dispute Resolution Panel  as a corresponding member. The vision of the panel is provided below

The Contracts & Disputes Resolution Panel assists CICES members confidentially with their queries on problems encountered in their workplace concerning construction contracts and disputes.

Byron Tyson says:

As a long term member and advocate of the CICES I am delighted to join the highly skilled and respected members of the Contracts and Dispute Resolution Panel. I look forward to adding value to the CICES by providing confidential and commercially pragmatic advice in respect of disputes to the CICES members.

I am also pleased that as part of the Hawkins Group I can now draw on a deep well of technical engineering expertise to complement and augment my skill set.
