We are pleased to announce that we have successfully renewed accreditations in ISO 9001 (Quality) ISO 14001 (Environmental) and the new ISO 45001 (Health and Safety).

ISO 9001 is based on quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.

ISO 14001 maps out a framework that a company follows to set up an effective environmental management system.

ISO 45001 is about improving employee safety, reducing workplace risks and creating better, safer working conditions

ALA have achieved these standards on the basis of having a fully integrated management system assessed by BMTrada. We look forward to driving further improvements for the benefit of our business, our people and to deliver higher standards of service to our clients.

The company performed very well in the audit and received no non-conformances, the auditor commented:

The system continues to be maintained well with very high levels of compliance demonstrated and is generating improvements.

Quality management, client feedback, and regular staff training, and staff reviews are very important to our business and the services we provide. We also prioritise and manage environmental and health and safety properly to recognised systems.

We believe that accreditation to these externally accredited standards provides a structured framework to better deliver our services and add value.
