Danny Beever
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Danny is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 14 years’ experience in the building sector.
Highly educated, Danny has both a degree in Quantity Surveying and an MSc degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution as well as both a bachelor’s degree and Masters in History.
Danny spent 10 years working for ISG before making the move to ALA in summer 2021. At ISG Danny was Commercial Lead on a large scale multi-million pound refurbishment programme, including M&E and HVAC upgrades, flat/slate roof repairs. He has also been involved in upgrades to both Grade 1 and Grade 2 listed buildings.
In the space of two years Danny has gone from supporting adjudications, to developing and successfully leading adjudications.
Danny has provided commercial and claims support to a national fit out contractor and national specialist piling contractor on a variety of projects. Danny has also supported a national specialist piling contractor on various commercial matters and disputes.
Danny is a knowledgeable and highly capable Senior Quantity Surveyor with a considerable and growing experience in disputes and claims. He is a valuable addition to any commercial team.
