Ionut is a highly proficient forensic planner with 20 years’ experience. He has particular experience in major and complex engineering projects, he has particular expertise in international cross country pipelines.
Inout has worked extensively with ALA director Byron Tyson on numerous large disputes and claims. Ionut has a proven ability to prepare robust and compelling delay analysis for proceedings.
Major projects include:
- New Multi Products Pipeline Project from Durban to Johannesburg 700km pipeline
- Blackburn Meadows Biomass Plant, Arbitration
- Khazzan 60km 36” Gas Pipeline Project, Oman
- Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm, Scotland
Ionut is a consultant planner and he has worked closely with ALA for the past 15 years.
Outside of work Ionut is a keen distance runner and competes in many extreme running challenges worldwide.
