Senior Quantity Surveyor

Steven is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 23 years’ experience in the building sector.

Steven has a BSc in Quantity Surveying. He has extensive experience in the fit-out sector with a major Tier 1 contractor.

His experience is centred around working for main contractors on design and build frameworks on various types of projects including fit out, refurbishment, fabric repairs and quick paced rollouts of smaller schemes.  This has involved working on projects utilising supplier led delivery, managing the scope requirements, procurement, programme tracking and all financial aspects of projects from inception to completion.

Steven is confident with pricing and tendering, most recently being responsible for compiling costs for a successful two-stage tender on a major Technology Centre project in Cheshire.

Steven is a hardworking and skilled Quantity Surveyor with the ability to effectively manage and commercially lead large scale infrastructure projects. Since joing ALA in 2023 he has been activley involved in the preperation of claims.
