Great news for IPLOCA members: we have launched a free commercial advice service for all Regular Members.

All Regular Members have access to two hours of free commercial support. If you are a Regular Member and have a commercial issue on your project, you can discuss the issue with our experienced commercial advisors, free of charge.

ALA have market leading experience of typical commercial and delay issues on pipeline projects. This includes unforeseen ground conditions, lack of access, delayed free issue materials and weather claims.

Our experienced team can provide commercial and contractual insight into your position or issues and present the best options available to maximise entitlement.

This service is entirely confidential. ALA have a standard form Non-Disclosure Agreement available. Alternatively we are also happy to sign any NDA your company may have. Complete discretion is assured.
