ALA welcomes the latest addition to our team, Senior Quantity Surveyor Steve Beever.

Steve is an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. He has a BSc in Quantity and 23 years experience in the construction industry and 16 years as a Quantity Surveyor working for regional and national contractors.

Steve has worked for Tier 1 Contractor ISG, for 12 years on a variety of major projects. His most recent scheme was the  redevelopment of Barclays Bank Technology Campus at Radbroke Hall in Knutsford.

Steve has extensive experience in the retail and finance sectors. This has included commercial management of major schemes for Selfridges, Asda, B&Q, Coutts, Royal Bank of Scotland, NatWest, Leeds Building Society and Halifax Bank.

Steve had in-depth knowledge of the JCT form of contract and understands the specific requirements, nuances and commercial opportunities and risks unique to the various versions of the JCT forms.
