New Team Member – James Flood

ALA welcomes the latest addition to our growing team, Commercial Manager James Flood.

James has over sixteen years experience in the construction industry providing commercial management, quantum and dispute resolution services on major infrastructure projects.

James has a First Class BSc degree in Quantity Surveying from John Moores University, Liverpool and a Distinction MSc masters degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Leeds Beckett University.

James is a Charted quantity surveyor with the Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (MCInstCES) and a Fellow of  the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators (FCIArb).

Prior to joining ALA James worked at VolkerStevin for nine years on a variety of infrastructure projects in the energy, water and transport sectors. Projects included:

• Manchester Metro Tram Link
• AMP6
• Anchorsholme Pumping Station

James also has international experience having worked in Toronto, Canada for PCL Construction and in Kildare, Ireland for Carillion. James will be based at the rapidly expanding Warrington office.
