ALA is pleased to announce that Associate Director Nigel Jackson is now a member of the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors (MCInstCES). This is an internationally recognised chartered qualification.
Following the assessment process Nigel received the following feedback from the panel:
His knowledge was varied with a good level of understanding of civil engineering techniques due to his early years being spent on site both as a groundworker and latterly as a site manager/QS for a regional civil engineering contractor.
His most recent employer has taken him into a specialist part of the industry and the next 2 years will provided the added depth of learning, through his MSc in Construction law.
He was confident and personable throughout the interview.
Nigel says:
I have worked on civil engineering projects for many years and I am delighted to become a member of the CICES. I look forward to continuing my professional development and applying that knowledge to benefit our clients.
