We are pleased to congratulate Sam Leach on achieving Membership of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (MCInstCES), a globally respected professional qualification that recognises proven competence in civil engineering surveying and related disciplines. 

This milestone highlights Sam’s dedication, depth of expertise, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence. Sam is a senior member of ALA’s Quantity Surveying team, with extensive experience across the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors. His professional credentials are now strengthened by the internationally recognised MCInstCES designation, which demonstrates verified technical capability in areas such as civil engineering surveying, geospatial engineering, and commercial/quantity surveying. 

Speaking about his achievement, Sam said:
“I’m very happy to have been awarded Membership status, as it aligns perfectly with my experiences in the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors. This will benefit both my role at ALA and my work alongside Hawkins, as well as our clients due to the internationally recognised status of CICES and its commitment to continual professional development and further training. I’m looking forward to continuing my development with the new opportunities that are now becoming available.”
