Sam is a senior member of ALA’s Quantity Surveying team, with extensive experience across the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors. His professional credentials are now strengthened by the internationally recognised MCInstCES designation, which demonstrates verified technical capability in areas such as civil engineering surveying, geospatial engineering, and commercial/quantity surveying.
Speaking about his achievement, Sam said:
