Congratulations to ALA Quantum Expert Sean Galpin on achieving the RICS Accredited Expert Witness qualification.

Sean has 30 years quantity surveying experience in major infrastructure projects. He has particular expertise in the highways and rail sectors. In his career he has worked for major clients, consultancy’s and contractors, so has seen the industry from all angles. He has a BSc Quantity Surveying Degree and is a chartered quantity survey with the RICS and CICES.
