We were appointed to carry out quantum analysis and prepare a full detailed claim in respect of the wrongful termination of John Sisk & Son’s employment on the fit out contract at the Shangri-La Hotel at the Shard.
We deployed a large team of quantity surveyors and planners and undertook a detailed area by area and trade by trade analysis of the major issues and in particular, the application of the specification in respect of allegedly defective works. We also assisted with the defence of the counterclaim produced by the Employer. This matter was successfully concluded by negotiation prior to formal proceedings.
