Runcorn Energy from Waste

We were engaged by the Client to develop a termination plan on the Runcorn Waste to Energy Plant, an 80 megawatt complex engineering asset.

Our brief was to produce a detailed termination plan (including an assessment of the financial implications of termination) to allow the Employer to demonstrate a credible and robust position to threaten the Contractor with termination.

We conducted a commercial, contractual, legal and risk analysis in order to develop a comprehensive and fully integrated plan.

This project involved working with Fenwick Elliott LLP and CNS Planning Limited as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team, managed by A. Lamb Associates.
